"I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Alpine inn. I was very disappointed with our stay. I had asked for a handicapped room with 2 beds when I made my reservation. Upon arrival we were told the handicapped rooms had only one bed and they gave us a downstairs room. We had to lift my mobility scooter up about 4 inches over the door way. Our beds were never made and the trash was never taken out. The staff picked up dirty towels each day and did nothing else. We even had to ask for clean towels. I will never stay here again even though I had stayed here in the past with no problems."
